Last week I got a jump start on holiday crafts in jars …
a jump start inspired by my mason jar loving friends.
Here, on this blog, I shared my Santa Hat Mason Jar candy jar project.
And there, on my It All Started With Paint blog, I shared this cute vintage car in a jar mason jar snow globe.
It really did turn out so sweet.
And now I must make a confession. That car is not vintage. It’s brand new.
I couldn’t find a vintage car, no matter how hard I looked. It was almost my downfall in creating this cute mason jar snow globe …
You can read all about that thrilling tale on It All Started With Paint. The tutorial includes instructions as well as links to the source of the mason jar I used (16-oz wide mouth) and the company that makes those brand new vintage-look cars.
