Mint green and coral are supposed to be big wedding colors this year. At least that’s what the experts are saying. So in anticipation, I made some of these jars for the Etsy shop.
And, yes, this is one of those posts. You know the one. Where I shamelessly hawk my Etsy shop.
I’ve also added a mint green, pink, and white set at the shop too …
… because these were my wedding colors.
Laura Ashley was very big back then. I put my bridesmaids in pink and green and white tea length dresses.
Enough said.
And finally, I paired the coral with navy and cream. Okay, I didn’t come up with this idea. But I should have. It started out as a special order …
… a special order that, ironically, was a perfect reflection of my colors today. This is the palette I used in my recent living room and dining room remodels.
So there you have it. My shameless Etsy shop plug. It’s called Drop Cloth Design Co. And you can find all my painted mason jar and drop cloth pillow Etsy shop creations by clicking here …
I hope you can forgive me for my blatant self-promotion!

Linda says
The paint is Americana brand and the color is called Sea Glass. Good luck with your daughter’s room! 🙂

What are all of these colors called? And where did you buy them?
Linda says
They are Folk Art brand acrylic paints. However, I’ve custom mixed the colors to lighten with white. It think it’s aqua, French blue, and Violet Pansy.

I made some just like these but the words don’t stand out as much after I sanded them. Did you add black paint to the words too?
Linda says
I didn’t. Perhaps it’s the perspective? Once I add water and flowers it shows through more. Also, I find the darker the color paint the less the words stand out. So a lighter color paint works best.
