and can I fess up that my desk is often a messy and disorganized and in need of some serious organization?

 

I love this idea of stacking them on their sides.  And affixing them to one another.  Because they are affixed to one another …

 

otherwise I would fear a mason jar avalanche each time I pulled out a pen or sharpie!
