Father’s Day is right around the corner.
I know, right, how could that be? Wasn’t it just Christmas last week?
So I’ve been brainstorming Father’s Day gift ideas. Okay, not exactly brainstorming. More like Google image searching Father’s Day gift ideas.
😉
And when this mason jar baseball gift idea popped up on that Google image search, I knew it would be the perfect gift for the father of my children.
You see, he’s a hard core baseball fan. And when I say hard core, I mean hard core. Because he’s a native Chicagoan. And he still loves the Cubs …
as do I …
even though … well … you know.
There’s that whole goat curse thing. And the 100+ years since a series win thing.
*sigh*
But he’s still game for tickets to Wrigley. And this Father’s Day, I’ll package them in a mason jar painted like a baseball.
Who knows, maybe a mason jar painted to look like a baseball painted will trump that goat curse thing …
🙂
