Low Cal Margarita

Nothing says summer vacation like a margarita. On the rocks. Or frozen. I’ll take one either way. With salt on the rim. A slice of lime to garnish.

 

Yum.

 

Just thinking about it conjures images of sand and beach and warm tropical breezes. Sun kissed skin and that residue of sea salt from a dip in the ocean.

 

Oh, and the smell of suntan lotion. That glorious smell.

 

And just when you think it can’t get any better … I offer up a low calorie margarita recipe to you.

 

That’s right. All the taste with less the guilt. And pounds.

 

So go ahead. Pour yourself a second one. You’re on vacation, after all.
