Pumpkin Pie in Jars

It’s time to turn those old Halloween pumpkins into pumpkin pies …

 

oh, who am I kidding?  I used the canned stuff.

 

But regardless of whether you start from scratch – or, like me, resort to a can opener – why not try you hand at putting those pumpkin pies in mini mason jars?
