I’m cooking a Turkey today. Seriously. I kid you not …
You see, we didn’t host Thanksgiving dinner this year. We joined friends and family for a fabulous and festive celebration.
That’s the up side.
The down side? No leftovers.
We were a hungry group.
Luckily for us, my husband’s company offers up a free turkey each year. Isn’t that so fabulous?
So we took that turkey. And I’m making it today. For dinner tonight …
and lots and lots of leftovers next week!
And turkey and stuffing could never taste right without my mom’s cranberry jelly …
So I made sure I made enough to share at our group Thanksgiving day feast …
and our Saturday night turkey dinner.
You can find the recipe for my mother’s cranberry jelly recipe on my It All Started With Paint blog. It was one of my earliest blog posts. Just click here …
