Lemonade and summer go hand-in-hand. Maybe because it’s so refreshing and thirst quenching on a hot summer day …
and the weatherman has forecast some hot, steamy days ahead this week in Chicago.
So I think it’s time for me to pull out the pitcher and start mixing up a batch of lemonade. Only this this time around, I’m going to try an amazing roasted peach lemonade recipe that The Naptime Chef created. She was inspired by a glass of peach lemonade she enjoyed while visiting Atlanta, and set about recreating the flavors at home.
What she’s come up with is an easy and delicious concoction featuring roasted peaches. Just typing that makes me go yum! And her daughter even recommending trying to freeze some into ice pops …
