Mason Jar Pin Cushion

by Linda 5 Comments

pin-cushion-for-mason-jar

I’ve made a pin cushion top for a mason jar in the past …

and it failed.

Seriously.  I just couldn’t get it to work.  The top wouldn’t screw on correctly.

If only I knew then about this excellent tutorial from The Seasoned Homemaker.  Because if I had, I would have had success …

It makes so much sense when you see how she did it.  Head-clunking sense …

Visit The Seasoned Homemaker to find an excellent tutorial on how to make your very own mason jar pin cushion.  Just click here …

Love this one MJ!!! Fun and Fabulous : ) Love the colors and adore that it is filled with buttons. This is a great diy for people like me that are “sewing challenged” : ) Great little gift for just about anyone! Thanks for sharing and thanks to Leslie for such a great project! : ) hugs…

I could make this one you know. Like right now, most of the ingredients are on the counter, except I’d steal stuffing from the floor where the dog has ripped up a stuffed animal.

Would like to use Baby food jars for individual gift giving and to decorate the table. I want something more than just a battery operated light (usually 10 on a strand from Dollar Store. Any ideas?

Honestly I’m a bit confused about your question? Don’t really understand the 10 on a strand thing? And not clear about how you want to use baby food jars for gift giving? My apologies, but I’m not really clear about your question here.
