My husband works for the dairy industry. So you can imagine his reaction when almond milk showed up in our refrigerator …

and when I pulled out the blender to test out almond milk smoothie recipes. 😉

It’s a good thing he loves me. Because he not only had to put up with this mystery milk’s sudden appearance next to the 1%, but the annoying (and very loud) crunch and crush noises from the blender as it attempted crunch and crush the ice needed to turn that almond milk into a smoothie.

Like I said, it’s a good thing he loves me! 🙂

And after all that crunching and crushing, I can personally attest that this Peanut Butter & Banana almond milk smoothie is delicious!
