Back To School Mason Jar Pencil Holders – Easy Teacher Gift Ideas with Scrapbook Paper & Mason Jars
I have never ever been this organized during a summer.
Summer has always been about being easy and breezy. Carefree days on the beach. Or the park. Sleeping in. Eating a late lunch. Meandering walks with the dog. Lingering in stores as we enjoy a welcome reprieve from the heat.
And a house in complete and utter disarray!
But this summer?
This summer I’m all about the lists. And the timelines. And the organizing. And the planning. And the making sure everything is in it’s place …
and has a place to be in.
This summer I’m dotting the i’s and crossing the t’s.
Perhaps its because back to school has taken on an all new meaning. One is done. He will no longer face a first day of school (well, unless his decides to pursue a graduate degree).
The other leaves for her first year of college in a few weeks. Out of state. And not just a 4 hour drive out of state …
a plane ride out of state.
Which means I have to be organized. And plan ahead. I need to make airline reservations. Hotel reservations. Rental car reservations. I need to pack and ship stuff beforehand. We need to shop once there …
using a very specific ever-evolving list so nothing is forgotten before my husband and I bid farewell and board the plane home.
Hence, the whole summer of organization!
So it should come as no surprise that today’s creation is an easy breezy way to keep those school supplies organized. With mason jars, of course!
