I tend to believe the enthusiasm for sports can be a make or break moment for a blossoming couple (it was for me long ago when a boyfriend decided golf was his jam). And I tend to notice that my sports-minded-male friends, neighbors and coworkers are married to like-minded sports-minded wives.
