how did that happen?

I’ll refrain from declaring 2016 the worst year ever. Even though it wasn’t such a great year on so many fronts.

But I’ll refrain with the “worst” label because I’m a bit apprehensive about what’s to come in 2017.

And if I loudly declare 2016 as the worst …

and 2017 turns out even worst-er …

then what will I be able to declare 2017 as being?

But let’s try to stay upbeat. I’m certainly trying to put my best foot forward. Charitable contributions have been made … and continue to be made …

and as we embark on an uncertain future, I will stand up for what I believe in.

Starting with the battle against all those “trends experts” who insist mason jars must go away.

I will march for the mason jar.
