Well, hello there November 1, 2017.
And can I just say you are feeling very November-y today. At least in Chicago you do.
There’s a chill in the air and the sky is gray.
Sigh.
The gateway month to winter.
Your saving grace, November, is that multi-sensory event that is Thanksgiving. The smells … the textures … the tastes.
Sigh.
So I will welcome you, November, with a high five. And will ignore the gray skies and chilly temperatures as I anticipate that Thanksgiving day feast.
Oh, and you’re lucky that feast comes at the end of the month. Otherwise, November, there wouldn’t be much to look forward to in your gray-sky-chilly-aired month! 🙂
