Now I have to admit, I wish I found the glitter jar tutorial I shared with you all last week before embarking on my very own glitter mason jar craft. Because there is a crucial step I did not include in my book …

the sealant step.

It’s a key step to keep the glitter jars from shedding all over you home (which mine do). So if my book ever goes into a second print, I’ll be sure to include a little addendum about the importance of a clear coat sealer as a final step.

Fingers crossed for that second print run. 🙂

When I made these jars I had girls in mind. And while my jars serve as pretty craft storage for my paint brushes, I was thinking they could also hold make-up brushes on a vanity. You know, to add a little glam to a growing girls room.
