I’m all about the salad these days. Because after a month of … well … letting go, I’m ready to take control again.
That means I’m going back to the gym.
That means I’m going back to Weight Watchers online.
And that means I’m keeping it real. Keeping it clean. Fresh fruits and vegetables only. No more processed food. No more McDonald’s drive throughs …
and a sad, sad goodbye to pasta.
Okay, maybe not a full on goodbye to pasta. It’s all about moderation, right? And maybe a healthy pasta salad can be thrown into the mix …
What I will be doing, though, is eating a a lot of salads. And I’ve been on the hunt for some tasty and creative salad ideas that I can make in advance. Because when you’re keeping it real and keeping it clean, being able to grab a quick healthy meal is key to success.
I’m loving the idea of packing up some mason jar salads for the week. Then I can just store them in the refrigerator and shake and eat when I’m ready!
First up on my list to make is this Shrimp & Feta Cheese Cobb Salad.
